About Mike's Health Drive
My name is Mike Fleming and I want to help you transform your life through exercise and basic nutrition. I served in the Royal Navy as a Physical Trainer for 12 years and transformed, motivated, helped and coached 1000s of people into serving members of the Armed Forces through structured exercise and guidance.
I have been luckily enough to work all over the world in both fun and operational environments and want to transfer my motivation onto you!
I am sick of hearing that genuine people feel intimidated going to the gym and feel like they are being judged on what they are doing, how they look, not having the motivation to do what you want to do, feels like it’s a chore to attend and only going once a week because of this! Does this sound familiar?
Here at MHD I am knocking that on the head and want to help people who want to change their lives for the better, it’s not about image, it’s about your health and wellbeing!

What does it mean? This is a Latin phrase, usually translated as "a healthy mind in a healthy body". The phrase is widely used to express the theory that physical exercise is an important or essential part of mental and psychological well-being. This is also my moto and the moto of my Royal Navy Regiment.
